Consensus-Based Decision Making

Our three Article couches came in the mail last month and we couldn't be happier.

Places to sit and lounge? It's like we're a real house now!

We organized an interior design committee that drew up rough plans for what furniture was needed in each room. After establishing a budget, a group of us met and went through the budget line by line and picked on furniture to order during the meeting. Only people who cared about the furniture came to the meeting, and most people brought links for specific pieces they were interested in.

After two hours, we had decided almost everything we needed. Consensus-based decision making takes time but can be done efficiently.
